Every site you own, each with its own backlink targets
LabsMedia runs link building for multiple websites from one inbox. Send one brief per site, and Scout, our backlink bot, works each one to its own niche, authority range and country. One publisher is never pitched for two of your sites at once, and every backlink is checked on the live page before you’re invoiced.
One inbox for every site. No subscription. Invoiced only for backlinks that are live.
One publisher, one site. I never double-book.
What link building for multiple websites should give you
Three things a portfolio owner wants from link-building, whether the portfolio is 10 sites or 20.
One brief per site, one inbox for all of them
Set each site up once by email, then let Scout work through the whole portfolio.
Step 1: Send one brief per site
The site, the kind of sites you want backlinks from, the authority range and the target country. Make each brief as different as the site needs: a US fintech portal and a UK HR blog can sit side by side.
Step 2: Approve one quote per site each month
Each site gets its own monthly quote by email, in US dollars. Approve it once and Scout works inside it, with no approval per backlink. Anything outside the quote, we ask first.
YOU APPROVE ONE QUOTEStep 3: Scout works through every site
Each site gets its own competitor sources, its own relevance scoring and its own target pages. A publisher already in talks for one of your sites isn’t pitched for another at the same time.
Step 4: Every site reports into one inbox
A daily report for each site, plus an email for each closed deal and each live backlink. Reply to ask how any one site is doing.
Never pitched twice

Questions multi-site owners ask first
Short answers on link building for multiple websites. A backlink specialist can go deeper on a call.
Will two of my sites ever compete for the same publisher?
Not at the same time. A publisher already in talks for one of your sites isn’t pitched for another while that conversation is open. That stops two of your brands bidding against each other for one placement, and it stops you paying twice for the same publisher’s attention. Each site still gets its own shortlist, judged against its own brief.
Can each site target a different country?
Yes. Each site has its own target country, chosen from 203. For a publisher to qualify, that country has to be one of its top countries for organic search traffic, with a minimum volume behind it, read from independent SEO data. A site selling in Germany and a site selling in the US get two different shortlists.
How the audience country is checkedDo I get one report, or one for each site?
One for each site, every day, counted from live data. You also get an email for each closed deal and each live backlink. Reply to any of them to ask how one site is doing, without digging through a combined spreadsheet.
What each site report showsHow is billing handled across several sites?
Each site gets its own monthly quote by email, in US dollars, so budgets stay separate. Customers in India are billed in rupees at the day’s Google exchange rate plus GST. You approve each site’s quote once, with no approval per backlink, and you’re invoiced only for backlinks that are live on that site.
How monthly quotes are builtCan I change one site’s targets without touching the others?
Yes. Reply to any email from LabsMedia with the change, for example a new country or a tighter authority range, and a backlink specialist updates that site’s brief. The other sites keep running to their own targets. Deals already agreed aren’t reopened, so a change only shapes the sites Scout finds from then on.
Do I need a separate account for each site?
No. One LabsMedia account runs many sites, each with its own brief and targets, and everything comes to one inbox. Nothing is self-serve: you start by emailing your brief for each site, and a specialist approves each one before Scout begins.
