FOR SEO AGENCIES

Deliver backlinks for every client, without a link-building team

LabsMedia is link building for agencies that want it to grow as fast as their client list. Brief each client site by email, and Scout, our backlink bot, finds relevant sites, negotiates, gets the content written and checks every backlink on the live page. Your team reviews one quote per site and a daily report instead of chasing publishers.

No retainer and no monthly fee. One quote per client site each month, invoiced only for backlinks that are live.

More clients? I don’t need a bigger desk.

WHAT YOU WANT

What link building for agencies can look like

Three things agencies want from link-building as the client list grows.

  1. Yes to a new client the week it signs

Link-building for a new client starts as soon as its brief is approved, with no team to grow first. Capacity keeps pace with sales.

  2. Know-how that builds up

Contacts, process and logs build up in one system that gets better with every client you add, ready for the next one.

  3. Direct deals, checked sites

Scout works directly with site owners, negotiates each deal for the client it serves and shows which sites were checked and why.

HOW IT FITS

How LabsMedia fits into your client delivery

Four steps per client site, all by email. There is no portal for your team to learn and no new tool to run.

20+
situations where Scout stops and hands a conversation to a LabsMedia backlink specialistSo a person decides whenever a client deal needs judgment.
  1. Step 1: Send one brief per client site

The client’s site, the kind of sites it needs backlinks from, the authority range and the country it sells to. We reply in the same thread with a pre-filled form that takes about 2 minutes, and a LabsMedia specialist approves it before work starts.

  2. Step 2: Approve one quote per site each month

Each client site gets its own monthly quote in US dollars. Approve it once and Scout works inside it, with no approval needed per backlink. Anything outside the quote, we ask you first.

    YOU APPROVE ONE QUOTE
  3. Step 3: Scout runs every client to its own targets

Sites sourced from each client’s real competitors, qualified on independent SEO data, then outreach, negotiation, content and the live check. A backlink specialist signs off deal commitments and steps in whenever Scout is unsure.

    A PERSON SIGNS OFF
  4. Step 4: You report to your client

A daily report for each client site, plus an email for each closed deal and each live backlink, all counted from live data. Forward them as they are or fold them into your own reporting.

TRY IT

Add a client site

One account runs many client sites, each with its own targets. Add a few and change their targets.

TRY IT: ADD A CLIENT SITE

Add client sites, then tap any chip to change that client’s targets. Each client runs to its own targets.

  • clinic-app.example
  • shop-kit.example

2 client sites, each with its own niche, authority range and country.

WHY IT HELPS

What your agency gets with Scout on every client

Agency link building compared with building an in-house team, a freelancer or a guest-post marketplace.

  • WHAT WE DOA separate brief for every client site: niche, authority range, country and target pages.
WHY IT HELPSRunning every client from one shared spreadsheet takes constant care to keep each brief separate.
WHAT YOU GETEach client gets backlinks that fit its own niche and market.
  • WHAT WE DOSites come from each client’s real competitors’ backlinks and from partners with a track record, then are judged against that client’s brief.
WHY IT HELPSA marketplace hands you a catalog and the vetting with it.
WHAT YOU GETEvery yes and no comes with a reason you can pass on to the client.

WHY IT HELPSSome setups need access to a client’s mailbox.
WHAT YOU GETYour clients’ domains never send a cold email.
  • WHAT WE DOThe process, the contacts and the logs build up in one system.
WHY IT HELPSKnow-how spread across people has to be shared again with every new team member.
WHAT YOU GETEvery new client starts from everything learned on the last one.
  • WHAT WE DOClosed means closed: a deal counts only when the publisher’s invoice arrives or the backlink is live.
WHY IT HELPSA report that includes deals still in progress needs checking before it goes to a client.
WHAT YOU GETClient reports you never have to correct.
  • WHAT WE DOYou’re only invoiced for backlinks that are live, checked on the live page against what was agreed.

FAQ

Questions agency owners ask first

Short answers on link building for agencies. A backlink specialist can go deeper on a call.

Do you offer a white-label link building program?

You don’t need one. LabsMedia has no dashboard or portal to rebrand, because everything runs on email. Set up an address such as backlinks@youragency.com and forward your clients’ briefs from it to support@labsmedia.com. Our replies, quotes and daily reports come back to that address, and you pass them on under your own brand. Your client deals only with you.

How the email-only process works

Can every client site have different targets?

Yes. Every client site gets its own brief with its own niche, authority range, target country and priority pages. Scout sources sites from that client’s competitors and scores each candidate against that client’s brief, with a reason for every decision. A site that suits one client is never assumed to suit another, so a fintech client and a medical SaaS client get two separate shortlists.

How niche fit is scored for each brief

Do my clients’ domains send any outreach email?

No. Every pitch, follow-up and negotiation goes out from LabsMedia inboxes, never from a client’s domain or mailbox. Your clients don’t hand over access to anything, and their domains stay out of cold outreach entirely. That keeps each client’s own sending reputation exactly where it was before the campaign started.

Can we pass the reports on to our clients?

Yes. Each client site gets its own daily report, plus an email for each closed deal and each live backlink, all counted from live data. Because a deal only counts once the publisher’s invoice arrives or the backlink is live, the numbers you pass on won’t need correcting next month. Reply to any report to ask how a client’s campaign is going.

What the daily reports show

Can we take on a new client without adding headcount?

Yes. A new client is one more brief by email, not one more hire. Once the form is confirmed and a specialist approves it, Scout runs that site to its own targets along with your other clients, and one publisher is never pitched for two of your client sites at once. Your team’s part stays the same: approve one quote per site and read the reports.

How a brief becomes a campaign

How are client campaigns quoted and invoiced?

Each client site gets one quote a month for its target, sent by email in US dollars; agencies in India are billed in rupees at the day’s Google exchange rate plus GST. You approve the quote once, with no approval per backlink, and anything outside it is asked first. You’re invoiced only for backlinks that are live.

How link building pricing works

What if a publisher changes a backlink after it goes live?

Each backlink is checked once, on the live page, before it is invoiced, and a failed check stops the deal. LabsMedia doesn’t monitor backlinks after that point, and we would rather say so up front than let a client assume otherwise. If a client needs ongoing tracking, keep your own backlink tracker in place alongside the reports.
